The apartment was in its original state and needed a total renovation and the creation of a heating system.

Some of its features have made the owner of the house fall in love and I have therefore chosen to keep them: cement tiles, old Milan doors, exposed roller shutter belts.
Changes have been made to the distribution system to make the living area wider. The choice and laying of the parquet resume the laying pattern of the cement tiles, perfectly matching the original flooring.
The light colors make the house bright and do not further compress an already small environment.

I dealt with architectural design, interior design, custom furniture design, construction practice, construction and artistic direction, work closure and cadastral data sheet update.
