Apartment DBP

The apartment has been completely renovated.

The old layout was completely reworked to create a modern apartment that meets the owners' needs: a large living area, an open kitchen that can be closed off from view, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The couple had completely different tastes and styles, so we decided to please both of them, giving each one a bathroom of their own to choose the materials and finishes for. In the living area a classic style prevails, with both modern elements, such as the red surface-mounted sliding door, and antique pieces here and there that make the space eclectic and lively.
Warm parquet ties all the rooms together.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
