Apartment LGG

The apartment was still in its original state and needed a complete renovation and a new heating system.

The owner fell in love with some of its features, so I chose to keep them: the cement tiles, the old Milanese doors and the exposed roller-shutter straps.
The layout was changed to make the living area larger. The choice and laying of the parquet follow the laying pattern of the cement tiles, matching the original floors perfectly.
Light colors make the home bright and don't make an already small space feel even smaller.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, custom furniture design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
