Apartment ALM

The apartment has been completely renovated.

The main goal of the project was to create more comfortable bathrooms and replace the floors, wall tiles and windows to give the apartment a more modern look.

The parquet brings warmth to the apartment, the bathrooms have been enlarged and renovated with clean, modern solutions, and the glass partition between the living room and the kitchen lets light fill the home with harmony and serenity. A touch of color, also used on the ceiling, gives the rooms character.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
