Apartment FMG

The apartment has been completely renovated for long-term rentals.

The main goal of the project was to reorganize the interior spaces and replace the floors, wall tiles and windows to give the apartment a more modern look.

The new layout creates a single living space, divided by a breakfast bar. Soft, neutral colors throughout create a bright, serene atmosphere.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
