Apartment AMC

The apartment has been completely renovated for long-term rentals.

This small apartment is perfectly organized inside to separate the different areas of the home, with some creative solutions too: a small entrance has been created, separated from the living room with kitchenette by a low solid-brick wall that becomes a TV unit on the living room side; the small hallway connects the living area to a bedroom, with a strikingly theatrical wall behind the bed, and to a bathroom with a large shower in a niche.
The large terrace with new wooden decking completes the home.

The soft colors of the floors and wall tiles, with a touch of green, create a welcoming, serene atmosphere.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
