Apartment DBD

The apartment has been completely renovated for short-term rentals.

Making the most of the space and making it functional were the main goals of the project.

The interior design followed one guiding idea: a welcoming, neutral space, with a touch of color in the furnishings and texture in the choice of materials (exposed brick, parquet, white beveled tiles in the bathroom).
An eye-catching style is essential to entice guests to book a stay.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
