The apartment has been completely renovated and then sold.
Adding a small mezzanine allowed this small apartment to grow and gain value. The pairing of warm wood and clean-lined metal gave the home character, livened up by a touch of color in the furnishings.
My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
