The apartment has been completely renovated for long-term rentals.
The main goal of the project was to reorganize the interior spaces to reclaim the excessive floor area taken up by the entrance and hallway, and to create a second bedroom.
The new layout makes the apartment suitable for a family: the modern, elegant style is combined with a very functional interior layout that has everything needed for daily life.
My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
