The apartment has been completely renovated.
The main goal of the project was to create a second bathroom and renew the spaces while keeping a '70s look.
The new layout creates continuity between the kitchen and the living area, where the eye opens onto the huge terrace and the splendid view over Milan.
The sleeping area is separate from the living area and meets the needs of the owners' family.
The modern classic style, with the elegance of high-quality marble-effect porcelain tiles and a touch of color that makes the spaces fresh and welcoming, fits well into a residential complex from the 1970s.
My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
