Apartment PBM

The apartment has been completely renovated for short-term rentals.

You can find it on Airbnb as Peekaboo House.

The main need was to create as many beds as possible without giving up comfortable spaces, service rooms (a storage room, two bathrooms, ...) and a welcoming, bright and spacious living area.
The size of the apartment, its layout and the large terrace also make long-term rentals possible.

The parquet floors and a touch of color, together with the interior decorations, give the space personality.
An eye-catching style is essential to entice guests to book a stay.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
