Apartment MSA

The apartment has been completely renovated for long-term rentals.

The main goals of the project were very spacious, bright rooms and a very elegant, slightly vintage style, livened up by the bright colors of the entrance. If needed, the double living room is ready to be split into two rooms in the future simply by adding a partition wall.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
