Apartment REA

The apartment was finished but needed complete customization, as well as new bathrooms, since the existing ones didn't reflect the clients' taste.

Converted from an industrial building into a residential one, the apartment already had a strong industrial character.

The stylistic choice was to make the "container" even more present, highlighting the imposing beams in gray, and to fill it with bright colors, with light, through careful lighting design, and with lightness, through custom-designed floating furniture. Mirrors and a few pieces of art add the final touch.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
