Apartment AMS

The apartment has been completely renovated for short-term rentals.

You can find it on Airbnb as Hygge House.

During the renovation, solid brick walls came to light: a strong presence that shaped the interior design. Uncovering portions of the brick walls and setting them against black metal, soft colors and the warmth of wood, in the furnishings and in the staircase up to the bedrooms on the upper floor, created a modern, welcoming atmosphere. Guests will feel at home.

The impressive ceiling heights allowed for custom-made furniture and eye-catching lighting that make them stand out even more.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
