Apartment FPP

The apartment has been completely renovated.

Its small size and floor plan didn't allow major changes to the layout of the rooms but, thanks to the ceiling heights, the wooden beams and the volume of the apartment in general, it lent itself to a real revolution.

Inserting a colored volume, lit both from below and from above, into the all-white living area divided the space into different zones (entrance, kitchen, dining and living room) and gave the space a strong character. The interplay of volumes continues in the bathroom, with a luxurious shower niche. The soft colors of the furniture and of the inner volumes, and the white of the outer volume, give the spaces elegance and a sense of serenity.

My work covered architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
