Apartment MZA

The apartment on the eighth floor had been renovated in 2012.

In the meantime the family has grown, and so has its need for space.

In 2024, part of the apartment on the seventh floor was bought and annexed, with a project that involved both units (the seventh floor, and the seventh and eighth floors).

In the two-story apartment, a new internal staircase made it possible to move the sleeping area to the lower floor and enlarge the living area, which, thanks to its many openings to the outside, has become extremely bright. The style of the apartment was preserved, and we tried to keep the work on the eighth floor to a minimum, paying close attention to the final result.

My work covered the land registry filings for the deeds, architectural design, interior design, building permits, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
