Apartment/loft ESF

The loft was the result of a renovation with a change of use completed in the early 2000s.

Some internal adjustments became necessary following remarks from the municipality and, taking the opportunity, the clients decided to give their home a complete makeover.

To leave behind the bold colors and strongly industrial style of the previous project, we adopted a cleaner, more minimal style.

The lighting was completely overhauled and designed to restore the right brightness to a home that has welcomed not only the owners' kindness and sensitivity but also their good taste and their collections of artwork, plants and objects from all over the world.

My work covered municipal filings (building permit), architectural design, interior design including some of the furniture, site supervision and art direction, completion filings and the land registry update.
